Road Trip-Brisbane to Sydney

If you're looking for the perfect holiday getaway, you should definitely consider a road trip. Australia has so many scenic roads and routes, with plenty of exciting attractions, so a trip up the Pacific coast is a great way to see what's out there. The 950km trip from Brisbane to Sydney, for example, has attractions that will appeal to all travelers, big and small and it’s worth spending a few days in Sydney and the surrounding area before heading back to Brisbane!

An amusement park is a great way to spend the day, whether you're a family with kids, a couple, or just some friends looking for fun. You'll find several amusement parks throughout your road trip, most notably the WB World. The Warner Brothers Movie World offers something for everyone. If you're seeking a thrilling adventure, check out rides like Lethal Weapon and The Superman Escape. For the little ones, there are smaller rides or they can hang out with the characters from Looney Tunes, in person.

Also along the trip from Brisbane to Sydney are many of Australia's beautiful, natural attractions. Aside from the glistening rivers and fascinating sugar cane fields you'll encounter on the road, there are several National Parks to be visited. D'Aguilar National Park is home to a breathtaking rain forest. If you visit their rain forest, be sure to take the time to hike throughout it and take in all the natural sights. For refreshments after your hike, you can head up to Jolly's Lookout. At Jolly's Lookout, you can cook up a barbecue for you and your fellow passengers, and while you eat you can enjoy the spectacular views of Samford Valley. Upon arrival in Sydney, you'll be overwhelmed with an array of exciting possibilities and activities. Riding the Manly Ferry from Circular Quay will offer you amazing views of historical landmarks like the Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House. Sydney also offers Australia's most active and bustling nightlife. One of Sydney's most famous night clubs, The Chinese Laundry, was once rated the 67th best nightclub in the whole world. There you'll find what promises to be a great time, drinking and dancing the night away to some of the best electronic club music. For a more unique clubbing experience, check out the Oxford Art Factory. This unique place is covered in artistic decorations in each room, and is a place where you'll find plenty of students hanging around.

One thing you should always remember, before setting out on your trip, is to make sure you vehicle is properly maintained and you've brought a long necessary supplies like water and snacks.
