A very unusual Sydney beach, Clovelly’s waterfront is the occurrence of two rock cliffs which allow a small and narrow passage of water to remain protected, almost like an ocean swimming pool. This has been fortified by two concrete platforms. The beach is patrolled during summer months.
The platforms and access steps to the water make access to Clovelly beach easy, for this reason the beach is popular for those with small children along with the elderly.
There is a saltwater pool attached and also concrete platforms along the edge of the water. A wide sandy beachfront which is perfect to kick back and relax on.
